Frequently asked questions

Who can contract through Prestige?

Which private health programs are available?

Prestige currently supports contracting for Amerus and TRIAD/USA Benefits. Products, networks, underwriting rules and availability vary and may change.

What documents do I need?

Have your NPN, resident license, other active state licenses and current E&O certificate ready. A program may request additional documents.

How are commissions determined?

Compensation varies by product and approved contract level. Prestige reviews the current written schedule before contracting. The executed agreement controls.

How long does appointment take?

Timing depends on complete documentation, licensing checks and program review. Prestige tracks the request but cannot guarantee timing or approval.

Do I keep my book of business?

Prestige does not take over your agency. Client ownership, renewals, vesting and release terms are controlled by the applicable written agreements and should be reviewed before signing.

Can I build a team?

Team structures may be available with select programs. Eligibility and compensation depend on the approved contract level and written agreement.

Prestige Insurance Group is a team of licensed insurance advisors, not the insurer. Product, program and state availability varies. Official documents and executed agreements control.
